Agile Transformation Sme Jobs

Minimum 5 years of experience working in policies and procedures in financial services / banking, process improvement and transformation

Good knowledge of agile, end to end process, OKRs (agile certificate is preferred)

Good ability to build and maintain professional working relationships with stakeholders.

Developing governance structure and tools for Agile new WoW

Developing governance for Balance Scorecard (BSC) to support simplification policy / process with Agile WoW

Identifying issues/requests/proposing changes/refinement of operating model design and Agile Playbook

Extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines as well as various IT project methodologies and life cycles.

Advanced skills with project management software.

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management and time management skills

• Identifies project management coordination process gaps or areas for improvement, recommends and implements solutions.

• Demonstrated skill in managing project budgets and timelines

Having PSM (Professional scrum master) certification

Increase Agile adoption and effectiveness within the organization

Increase Improve cross-functional collaboration and communication within Agile teams

Facilitate cross-functional workshop per quarter to identify and address communication gaps and improve collaboration.

Conduct retrospective per quarter focused on improving cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Increase stakeholder satisfaction with team collaboration and communication
