Senior Compliance Associate Jobs

Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring, reviewing and enforcing policies and procedures to comply with applicable

regulations.

2. Arrange internal SOP base on applicable rules.

3. Audit handling for regulator parties and internal purpose.

4. Monitoring and reporting the Company on APU PPT and PPPSPM. Supporting Compliance

Director to ensure that the company is compliant and successfully passed audit.

5. Having a good analytical skill for solving capital market problems.

6. Responsible to analyse and create review or summary OJK regulations or other regulator.

7. Process excellent communication skills, particularly written to develop reports to regulator.

8. Creating and send periodic report.

9. Responsible to handle administration document for reporting OJK, IDX etc.

10. Provide responses to related parties in accordance with the implementation of compliance,

either internal or external.

11. Correspondence with related parties in accordance with the internal or external compliance

implementation.

12. Make and report Company reports in a timely manner according to applicable regulations.

Requirements:

1. Age Maximum 35 years old.

2. Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Law.

3. At least 3 Years of working experience in capital markets and financial institutions industry

specific in Compliance Division.

4. Know and understand about the regulations and capital market laws.

5. Excellent skills in MS Office (excel, visio, word, powerpoint).

6. Good communication and presentation skills.

7. Excellent problem solving skills.

8. Team work and ability to work under pressure and deadline.

9. Fluent in English both written and spoken.

10. Having WPPE license from OJK (Wakil Perantara Pedagang Efek).

11. Having ability to control, analytical thinking, conceptual, strategic, planning and organizing,

relationship building, business orientation and customer service oriented.

12. Work professionally and responsibly in completing their duties.
