The Integrity Department of Lazada Group is seeking highly motivated, dedicated candidates with excellent interpersonal skills to join as Integrity Officer reporting to Lazada Group Integrity Head.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and investigate internal and external integrity and compliance concerns raised through integrity hotlines or any other internal or external channels
• Partner with business, risk, internal control, finance and people team etc. to assess the integrity risks, conduct data analysis, proactively manage the integrity risks.
• Analyse the root causes of integrity and compliance issues, collaborate with related stakeholders to drive risk remediation and mitigation efforts.
• Conduct effective communication/education and training programs to help organization understand the why, how and what related to integrity and compliance matters. Shape and instil a strong integrity culture in Lazada.

Requirements

• Excellent business and risk acumen with simple and pragmatic approach
• Courageous, champion change and shape culture across teams
• Professional fluency in verbal and written English as well as local language. Proficiency in other SEA languages is an advantage
• Self-starter, results and impact driven
• Have a bachelor’s degree or above and with minimum 5-10 years of working experience in integrity, ethics, risks and compliance fields
• Collaborative, building ideas/recommendations on the best thinking of the team
