Establish and maintain effective compliance risk management, including monitoring and reporting to the company.

Implement and maintain compliance risk management with Indonesia regulatory, including Company’s Policies.

Monitor and supervising the Company’s portfolio management.

Take rapid response to violations and arrange adjustments to be reported to Management of the Company and Head Quarter.

Conduct periodic review of NCR/ CAPA trends, analysis and provide feedback for the effectiveness of correction/ preventive actions.

Act as a NCR/ CAPA Site Coordinator, local administrator and trainer of TrackWise-Global CAPA system.

Act as a Site Representative in Global NCR/CAPA community.

Involve in MTO and Cockpit (AQA) monthly reporting, when required.

Involve in the product recall, FAA, and mock recall, when required.

Proven experience asadata entry clerk

Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)

Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices

Coordinating shipment details with the delivery party

Preparing carton labels, item codes, and shipping codes for shipment purposes according to each delivery area.

Being able to make decisions regarding the delivery and holding of goods in the warehouses.

Participate in HA/NB inspection and internal audit.

Experience in factory compliance audits with excellent knowledge on labor, Health & Safety, and environment local laws.

5+ years Corporate Social responsibility or Social Auditing experience or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education.

Ensure timely update audit reports on FFC. Manage and maintain accurate data on FFC.

Regular engagement with Suppliers to educate and improve awareness on audit requirements

Support factory compliance team’s goals, projects, objectives, and responsibilities.

Maintain working knowledge of labor laws and associated updates.

Developement of supplier on boarding process & training module for local supplier to support local sourcing.
