Dream Tel International as known Dreamtel Hotel is 3 star hotel standard that have 3 propertise in Malaysia (Kinabalu, Kualalumpur and up-coming in Penang) and Indonesia (Jakarta and up-coming in Bali). In Jakarta we officially open on December 1st, 2014 and we have 87 air conditioned smoking and non-smoking rooms, 3 meeting rooms and the restaurant that open for 24 hours. In Jakarta we located in the center of Jakarta, surrounded by foreign embassies, government, bussiness park and shopping areas. 👑 Job Role

• Balance the cash drawer and log receipts
• Reconcile accounts
• Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
• NIGHT AUDIT
• Check in guests, answer phones and take reservations
• Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts

⛩️ Requirements

• Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and TripAdvisor
• Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
• Experience with hotel reservations software.
• Degree in hotel management is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Customer service attitude
