Detailed Job Description A Customer Business Executive is responsible for developing and managing relationships with customers, understanding their needs and helping them to achieve their business objectives. They are also responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction. They must be able to analyze customer data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase customer loyalty and satisfaction. They must be able to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, and be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
