Overview Customer Support Executive is a customer service professional who is responsible for providing customer service and technical support to customers. They are responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing technical assistance. They may also be responsible for providing product information and sales support. Detailed Job Description Customer Support Executives are responsible for providing customer service and technical support to customers. They must be able to effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing. They must be able to troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions. They must be able to provide product information and sales support. They must be able to handle customer complaints and resolve them in a timely manner.
