Sales Support Executive Jobs

Position Introductory:

• Distributor (PO, collection, and claims, stock balance)
• Monitor tasks-delivery from field team to ensure on-time-in-full.
• Distributor KPI monitoring & prepare business plan meeting.
• WS Account Receivable control

Responsiblities:

• Handling administrative duties for the company and its executives and management teams.
• Developing and monitoring Distributor performance indicators, managing sales tracking tools, and compiling reports.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and practices.
• Following up with Distributor for administrative purposes and providing troubleshooting assistance on order and delivery.
• Involve proactively on key initiatives and align PTI management team, Reginal Sales Manager and Distributor
• Scheduling Distributor review meetings and prepare necessary information.
• Recording sales trends and liaising with Reginal Sales managers to develop sales strategies.
• Coordinate with RSM and Distributor for PO release based on Sales Plan and Stock Cover Days.
• Performing data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.
• Reporting any unusual activity to direct manager.

Requirements:

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Power Point
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Understanding of efficient support and sales strategies
• 3 years proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate.
• Teamwork and leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• In-depth understanding of sales principles and key metrix
