Sales Executive (Boat) - Ayana Komodo

AYANA Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at AYANA Komodo resort, one of the most luxurious resorts in the world. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating revenue by promoting and selling our resort's BOAT (Best of All Times) service to potential clients. You will be part of a team dedicated to exceeding our guests' expectations by providing exceptional services that create unforgettable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and goals
• Reviewing market analysis to determine customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends
• Identifying potential clients and developing new business relationships
• Preparing and presenting sales proposals, contracts, and packages to clients
• Participating in industry events, networking, and gathering market intelligence
• Communicating with clients to understand their requirements, providing insight into the luxury travel experience
• Promoting the BOAT (Best of All Times) service to potential clients and presenting its value proposition

Requirements

• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and targets
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Experience in sales and business development in the hospitality industry
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and principles
• Customer-focused and service-oriented to provide exceptional experiences to clients
