Has related license, certificates and (or) diploma to support candidate's qualification

Communicating with clients to understand their requirements, providing insight into the luxury travel experience

Experience in sales and business development in the hospitality industry

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused and service-oriented to provide exceptional experiences to clients

Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and principles

Identifying potential clients and developing new business relationships

Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing and inventory management, preferably in the hospitality industry

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management software

Manage and track inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained

Perform data entry and maintain accurate purchasing records

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations and finance, to ensure seamless procurement processes and timely payment of invoices

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Prepare detailed financial reports for management and executive teams

Manage and maintain accurate records of all cash and credit transactions

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry

Strong working knowledge of financial software programs

Ability to operate inventory management software and other computer systems

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Prior experience in a similar position or role within the hospitality industry preferred

Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures

Receive and inspect incoming goods for quality and accuracy, and report any discrepancies to the appropriate parties
