Receiving/Store - Ayana Komodo

AYANA Hospitality, a leading name in the hospitality industry, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented candidate to undertake the role of Receiving/Store at its esteemed AYANA Komodo location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving and distributing goods, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining inventory levels, and keeping track of stock movements. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, good organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities, all while providing first-class services to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the physical inventory count and periodic cycle counts
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring that all goods are stored appropriately and efficiently
• Keep records of all incoming and outgoing goods to ensure proper documentation and timely delivery
• Follow health and safety regulations and procedures
• Communicate any issues or concerns with suppliers or vendors
• Receive and inspect incoming goods for quality and accuracy, and report any discrepancies to the appropriate parties
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, and reorder stock as needed

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in a similar position or role within the hospitality industry preferred
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to operate inventory management software and other computer systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
