Bonded Zone Staff Jobs

We are seeking a highly-motivated and experienced Bonded Zone Staff to join TaxPrime's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming export/import shipments and handling customs documents in the bonded zone area.
Key Responsibilities Include

• Stock opname activities with logistics staff and other departments
• Compiling documents and invoicing process
• Deep understanding of customs regulations and ability to arrange export/import shipments accordingly
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports related to bonded zone regulations

Minimum Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong computer skills
• Familiarity with TPB, PEB, and PIB modules
• At least 2-4 years of experience in PPJK/logistics/export import, specifically in companies implementing bonded zones
• Fluency in English (oral and written)
• Possess Diploma or Bachelor's Degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Good knowledge and deep understanding of PPJK/logistics/export import process, with experience in bonded zones preferred
• A positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
