Job Description
  • Coordinate with Engineering to maintain the high level of room maintenance and condition of room equipment.
  • Ensure that housekeeping team members perform their job functions in accordance to hotel standards.
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness, availability of all equipment and supplies
  • Obtain list of vacant rooms to be cleaned immediately and update “Inspected” for upcoming guest arrival.
  • Ensure that sufficient manning is present in accordance to daily operational needs.
  • Submit monthly reports in regards to Housekeeping projects and activities
  • Join daily walk through with Housekeeping Manager to rooms and public areas to ensure that all hotel facilities are well maintained and are in high level of cleanliness.
  • Handle all disciplinary, coaching and counseling as needed in accordance to company policy.
  • Ensure expected arrival rooms with arrival information are ready prior to guest arrival
  • Assist Housekeeping leadership to planning, organizing and directing team members to ensure that the highest quality of rooms and public areas well implemented.
  • Coordinate with all Housekeeping leaders to follow maintenance schedule of all cleaning machines and equipment
  • Conduct continuous Housekeeping team member training in order to maintain hotel standards and services
  • Assists Housekeeping team members whenever necessary in performing all job functions
  • Attention to details in regards to cleanliness and has ability to assist guest and other department and team member.
  • Continually analyze and evaluate employee performance, coach and support team members to improve daily performance.
  • Accommodate all guest requests in an accurate and efficient manner.
  • Assign specific daily tasks to team members when they are on duty.
  • Ensure team member has product knowledge of hotel’s product and services
Requirements
  • Has experience in a Similar position at a 5 star resort
  • Has related license, certificates and (or) diploma to support candidate's Qualification
  • Has the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Has Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Has excellent leadership skills
