Senior Sales Executive Jobs

Responsibilities

• Propose customer events like inhouse training, seminar, ideation day with customers
• Agree sales target for her / his customers together with PC IHC manager and align with Head of ICS ASEAN
• Increase in CRM projects , Manage pricing and forecast together with PC and IHC Managers.
• Manage PC distributors and IHC distributors for ID
• Ensure achievement of sales, Profit, Overdues for Surabaya (Includes Central Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Denpasar)
• To identify new customers for the region and generate a robust sales pipeline
• Develop new customers in the above regions, especially with actives, specilalities, Products from ID for CC
• Ensure adequate input on forecast for demand planning .
• Active support to product introduction and service initiatives, in accordance with marketing programs
• Implement the Strategy as per the Marketing Excellence project for Geo Expansion Indonesia
• Participate in Perkosmi activities in the region to strenghten Clariant position

Requirements

• More than 5 years up in relevant industry
• Bachelor Degree is Cosmetic Technology, or Degree in Chemistry/Biology/Chemical Engineering, Pharma
