Role: Growth and Partnerships Lead, Indonesia
Qapita is looking for a Growth and Partnerships Lead to drive ecosystem partnerships across Indonesia and broader Southeast Asia region, and leading our top-of-funnel sales pipeline initiatives.
- Manage outreach campaigns to startup founders and decision-makers
- Assist in the product development process by relaying relevant feedback from prospects and prioritizing feature updates for anchor clients
- Manage outreach campaigns to partners such as funds, law firms, and corporate secretaries
- Constantly improve engagement levels with startup ecosystem partners, including VC/PE funds, incubators/accelerators, law firms, and accounting/audit firms
- Evangelise our platform through multiple initiatives including but not limited to:(1) Participating and representing the company in startup focused events, (2) Sponsoring events targeted at the startup community, (3)Knowledge events and content marketing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and customer success to drive campaigns and projects
- Manage the top-of-funnel for sales pipelines across the Southeast Asia region
Job Requirements
- Strong sense of ownership, ability to operate independently to deliver results and bias for action
- Good network of and access to the startup ecosystem
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top tier institution
- Prior experience in operating CRM software (i.e. Freshsales) is a plus
- Strong preference for a candidate with 2 - 5 years of relevant prior experience in roles in B2B SaaS dealing with startups and/or VCs, Accelerators, Incubators, PE funds.
- Keen interest in startups, venture capital, and innovation in Indonesia
- Good understanding of the private market ecosystem and financial instruments
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
