About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Customer Growth Strategy Lead. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of growth strategies for our businesses. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the company's overall performance and providing insights to help optimize business operations.
As our Astronaut, your missions are:
- Monitor and report on the company's performance metrics, including customer acquisition and retention, revenue, and profitability.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct research and analysis to understand market trends, consumer behavior, and industry best practices.
- Analyze customer data to identify key insights and trends, and develop actionable recommendations to improve the customer experience.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams, including product, engineering, and operations, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
- Lead the strategy team in identifying growth opportunities and developing strategies to increase customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Manage and develop a team of analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive individual and team growth.
- Provide strategic guidance for the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and other digital marketing initiatives.
Job Requirements
In order to launch successfully, you need to have:
- Experience in digital marketing, including email marketing, social media, and other digital channels.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in a growth strategy, business strategy, or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience leading and developing a team of analysts or other professionals.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead a team.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, market research, and customer insights.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.
