Skills And Experiences To Be Gained

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Assist in managing P&L of the company and products, including managing financial metrics across multiple functions covering marketing, operations, and finance

Co-own conversion and business uplift metrics in addition to developing new metrics to drive decision making, troubleshooting, and achievement of objectives

Ideate, plan, and execute initiatives and/or experiments to generate uplift to company/product-level objectives

Manage outreach campaigns to startup founders and decision-makers

Manage outreach campaigns to partners such as funds, law firms, and corporate secretaries

Manage the top-of-funnel for sales pipelines across the Southeast Asia region

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Prior experience in operating CRM software (i.e. Freshsales) is a plus

Constantly improve engagement levels with startup ecosystem partners, including VC/PE funds, incubators/accelerators, law firms, and accounting/audit firms

Experienced in using Microsoft Offices, Google Analytics, and PPC dashboards (experienced in Google Tag Manager and Hotjar is a plus).

A bachelor's degree in marketing, strategy, business management, or similar

Manage CRM channels for Moladin which includes Push Notifications, Email, WhatsApp, YellowAi, and other in-app channels.

Manage reporting, conversion tracking, & vendor relationship for all CRM tools.

At least 4+ years of relevant work experience, preferably from an advertising agency or startup environment.

Demonstrated experience in building and implementing CRM teams and executing successful campaigns.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Team management: Hire, lead, and develop a high performing team to deliver best experience for the merchants

Strong project management and stakeholder management skills

Bachelor’s degree preferred from marketing, business and management background

At least 2-3 years relevant experience in merchant growth role or tech start-up company with relevant managerial roles
