Job Description
We are looking a Growth Lead to join our team and spearhead the development of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, primarily focused on Email, Whatsapp, Web Push Notifications, and App Push Notifications. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting engaging content, managing system triggers, and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive user activities and improve retention.
Responsibilities
  • Aligning CRM tools data with other marketing tools.
  • Manage CRM channels for Moladin which includes Push Notifications, Email, WhatsApp, YellowAi, and other in-app channels.
  • Establish CRM strategy & approach including KPIs, cross functional working cadences & program pillars.
  • Develop and implement personalized and automation-based campaigns to target specific segments of customers.
  • Together with marketing team to lead development of the roadmap for a clear A/B testing framework of new and existing programs to increase growth and improve retention for company digital assets.
  • Develop experimentation plan & channel testing to find new ways to optimize CRM channels which best engages users.
  • Manage reporting, conversion tracking, & vendor relationship for all CRM tools.
Requirements
  • Preferred familiarity with CRM tools such as MoEngage, YellowAi, Netcore, CleverTap, Braze, Insider, and others.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and implementing CRM teams and executing successful campaigns.
  • Familiarity with technical setups required to integrate CRM tools data with Analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • At least 4+ years of relevant work experience, preferably from an advertising agency or startup environment.
  • Proficient in understanding and managing quantitative business metrics, with a proven track record of reporting on metrics to senior management.
