Job Description
  • Gather feedback and create innovative program refer to insight from the merchants to improve customer engagement and experience
  • Build, lead, and manage entire merchant lifecycle from on-boarding, engagement, to retention
  • Drive a data centric mentality to evaluate effectiveness of initiatives, campaigns, and contents
  • Team management: Hire, lead, and develop a high performing team to deliver best experience for the merchants
  • Liaise with internal team to present recommendation and better merchant segmentation
Minimum Qualifications
  • Have built and managed a high-performing team
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred from marketing, business and management background
  • At least 2-3 years relevant experience in merchant growth role or tech start-up company with relevant managerial roles
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Data-driven and strong analytical mindset
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
