Paid Search Specialist Jobs

We are looking for an awesome (read: highly skilled and experienced) Paid Search Specialist to join our team at Ka-bloom.love. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, optimising, and reporting on paid search campaigns across various platforms while managing large budgets and achieving our brand's KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of Search Engine Marketing, Search Strategy, Google Display & Video 360, E-Commerce, and be confident in the implementation of Google Ads and Shopping Ads. They must be confident in presenting and public speaking, and have a proven track record of thought leadership. As the Paid Search Specialist, you will be working on global brands along with a team of creative minds and marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, optimise, and report on paid search campaigns across Google and other relevant search platforms.
2. Manage large budgets while maximising spend and achieving brand KPIs.
3. Day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display, and social ads.
4. Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting.
5. Analyze and optimize landing pages and content to improve customer engagement and conversions for e-commerce platforms.
6. Understand the benefits of full-funnel marketing and audience targeting.
7. Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders.
8. Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs.
9. Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies in the paid search landscape.
10. Advise on industry trends, competitive landscape, and business needs to drive long-term value.

Qualifications:

1. 3-4 years of experience in paid search advertising, preferably in an agency, end brand, or search technology platform.
2. Thorough understanding of search management platforms such as Search Ads 360, Skai, Marin, or proprietary solutions.
3. Strong data analysis abilities, including proficiency in Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, and basic functions).
4. Hands-on experience with Google Ads.
5. Excellent consultative approach to developing and managing business relationships.
6. Innovative thinker with the ability to bring ideas and strategies to life.
7. Flexible, versatile, and driven to acquire new skills and scale knowledge in uncharted territories.
8. Confident in presenting and public speaking.
9. Superior verbal and written English communication skills; ability to communicate with people of all levels of seniority and business sectors.
10. Ability to prioritise and handle multiple projects at any given time while maintaining a commitment to quality and deadlines.
