Search Operation Specialist Jobs

Minimum of 3 years experience in people management or lead a team

An empath with great project management skills & strong communication skills to build relationships with various hiring managers

Collaborate with hiring managers in understanding the needs and roles to be filled as well as review job descriptions for vacancies.

Manage the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes

Build the talent pool to manage the hiring cycle and develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates.

Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.

Consolidate orders by destination to reduce costs as far as possible without compromising on-time delivery performance

Ensure Customers and Affiliate Companies are given timely and accurate information concerning despatch and delivery

Arrange transport, shipping, and import documentation for product returns as required

Assist in the resolution of transport-related Customer complaints

Liaise with forwarder or clearing agents and send out clearing instructions

Bachelor's Degree in any field

- Manage and operate platform key channels’ traffic allocation with standardized SOP to support platform key battles;

- Good communication skills (speaking, writing, presenting) and high EQ on handling various level of stakeholders;

5 days work week, and they are currently on Hybrid mode (4-days WFO+1-day WFH)

- SQL is an advantage

Excellent time management skills and possess the ability to adapt

Minimum 4 years of experience in regulatory reporting in Banking Industry

Experience working with large datasets using SQL/ Biq Query is a must

Prior experience working in a Banking or Big 4 company for minimum 2 years of experience will be an advantage

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly regulatory reporting Laporan Bank Umum Terintegrasi (LBUT - Antasena) & Apolo, according to prevailing regulation

Identify any data error or unreconciling item between report and data

Day-to-day management of paid digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, display, and social ads.

Thorough understanding of search management platforms such as Search Ads 360, Skai, Marin, or proprietary solutions.

Flexible, versatile, and driven to acquire new skills and scale knowledge in uncharted territories.
