Job Description

s:

  • Check all Region manager access make sure they can access related customer on their Mapping all Sales person to DCR
  • Coordinate with internal parties regarding supply produce activity with Distributor
  • Review daily DCR input from Distributor & MD
  • Sales performance report (sell in, sell out, and IMEI activities)
  • Maintaining all IMEI Rebate and Refund program
  • Make sure all customer data have a proper filling & updated database customer code creation for dealer & shop on DCR
  • Update program achievement performance & Program documentation
  • Calculating Incentive monthly
  • Filling related document for RMD & MD approval
  • PSI & MD/RMD/Dealer Report


Requirements:

  • Able to make accurate financial projections
  • Willing to work from Tomang, West Jakarta
  • Expert in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Mastering Excel formulas (Pivot Table, Vlookup, Hlookup, etc)
  • Minimum bachelor degree
  • Candidate has experience in handling admin sales and finance report
  • Experienced in smartphone's industry will be prioritized
  • Experience in administration and data analysis for at least 3 years
  • Fluent in English or Mandarin
