About The Department

The Clinical, Medical Regulatory, and Quality (CMRQ) Department in Novo Nordisk Indonesia is a strong team of highly motivated people. They enable the growth of the business through efficient CMRQ activities and robust cross-functional collaboration.

You will be reporting to Sr. Medical Manager and based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The position

In this role, you will be actively to ensure the building and maintaining of a strong scientific comprehension of Novo Nordisk marketed products and to help the development of portfolio products. The Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) communicates up-to-date medical knowledge and clinical trial data with external stakeholders and effectively answers inaccurate-driven claims related to Novo Nordisk products in a scientifically accurate and consistent manner aligned with the overall Medical Strategies and direction.

Some of your key activities will be to:

• Actively participate in scientific meetings to stay updated on the latest scientific knowledge.
• Ensure close and positive interaction with HCPs to facilitate proper and effective scientific information dissemination.
• Execute affiliate medical strategy into local activities in the assigned territory.
• Collaborate closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other stakeholders across Indonesia to execute scientific programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including Health Care Professionals (HCPs).

Qualifications

• Strong scientific knowledge, preferably in diabetes or related fields.
• Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a proactive "can-do attitude," with fluency in English as a plus.
• Apothecary educational background with a minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Medical doctor background will be recognized as a Regional Medical Advisor role.
