Apothecary educational background with a minimum of 1 year of pharmaceutical industry experience.

Experienced in handling event marketing (bukan sebagai production/logistics)

Experienced in creating a clear rundown

Great communication with stakeholders & excellent English skill

Ensure every relevant stakeholder (speakers, moderators and/or sponsor) are present

Notify relevant PIC if there are missing stakeholders

Coordinate with Program Team in other areas at venue, to ensure the event runs according to rundown

Academic qualifications minimum—Bachelor/Master degree in related field (Education/Social Science/Business Management)

Have experience as DIKTI Operator (Manage student registration in NeoFeeder and other applications) is a MUST

At least 4-5 years of experience in higher education as a school operator/student admission and marketing

Manage academic affair (students and lecturers)

Have a wide relationship with schools and other educational institutions to help market the programs

Explain the programs to prospective students and parents

Great English communication abilities, including written and verbal communication.

Basic computer skills, such as Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)

You must be a great team player with good organizational skills & positive, professional demeanor.

Thorough knowledge or experience of the pharmaceutical industry and the area of field medical liaisons

Having at least 2-3 years of experience as MSL in MNC Pharma companies.

Experience in the areas of Oncology and/or specialty medicine

Preferably having medical degree, however degree in life sciences will be considered.

One to three years of relevant work experience in a pharmaceutical multinational company is preferred, but not a requirement

Develop and deliver education presentations in accordance with applicable procedures

A degree in medicine is required (M.D.) preferably with relevant dermatology or aesthetic experience

Strong presentation skills and scientific training in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English

Strong interpersonal skills, including the capability to engage in professional relationship building and networking

Highly motivated with effective problem solving and planning capabilities

2. Main Role and responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be:

Responsible for maintaining a very high level of disease and product knowledge through continuous education

Identify educational opportunities that are aligned with Takeda’s medical education strategies

Provide clinical presentations and medical information to managed markets, government accounts, and other external stakeholders upon request and as appropriate

Support scientific training of Takeda-contracted speakers by providing ongoing support and education as needed

Provide support and/or leadership in planning and implementation of patient access programs as needed and as per local regulatory requirements

Minimum 1 year prior MSL experience, in relevant Therapeutic Area

Exceptional liaison and communication skills, with experience in multiple levels of communication with various levels of management, internal and

Sound knowledge and skills regarding the planning and conduct of CPP operations and Ministerial Visits in a range of risk environments

Relevant qualifications to enable training development and delivery

Previous experience working in a diplomatic environment
