Liaison Officer Program - Bali

We seek a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our event as a Liaison Officer Program in Bali. As a Liaison Officer, you will be crucial in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with the participant, sponsors, and speaker. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective communication, coordination and manage the event programs.

What You Will Do

Ensure the agenda in Each Area run smoothly,

• Ensure every relevant stakeholder (speakers, moderators and/or sponsor) are present
• Coordinate with Program Team in other areas at venue, to ensure the event runs according to rundown
• Notify relevant PIC if there are missing stakeholders

Optimize the attendee's flow & experience

• Help usher answers attendees questions about the event agenda & program
• Help usher in directing attendees: to F&B redemption, seating, etc.

What You Will Need

• Plus point if you are familiar with blockchain web3
• Domicile in Bali
• Experienced in handling event marketing (bukan sebagai production/logistics)
• Great communication with stakeholders & excellent English skill
• Strong in conceptualising not just executing
• Experienced in creating a clear rundown
