Customer Liaison Jobs

You will be responsible for answering emails and chat messages from overseas buyers seeking to start their own sustainable swimwear or activewear brand. Our company produces for hundreds of brands worldwide and receives many requests from walk-in customers each day who visit our facility in order to gain an understanding of how we operate. As part of your duties, you will be conducting online calls and meeting customers, as well as offering short tours of our factory for 10 minutes.

Requirements:

• You must be a great team player with good organizational skills & positive, professional demeanor.
• Great English communication abilities, including written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer skills, such as Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)

Wages:

5,000,000 IDR per month

We have a probationary period of 3 months during which we assess your performance and reassess your salary, then you enter into our bonus & free lunch scheme.

After 6 months, you enter into our BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan.
