Emerge is building a learning app accessible to young generations to become professionals at their own field. We will feature many insights from different expertise and bridge them to the public on daily topical discussions. Hold on there! We are still developing our app :) BUT, We already can't wait what the future holds for us!

Our founders, James, was a Banker, and Aaron too. They were both well-experienced bankers but doesn't socialise a lot. As best friends who retired nearly the same time, they gathered the idea to interact more with the young generation in building an app. After several brainstorming, they decided to establish a young professional's networking app. Although James and Aaron are not that young anymore, they have high optimism that the young minds can Emerge together with the later generation minds. Through what? Through the App they are currently developing :) called Emerge

Description

The ideal candidate will maintain communication and outreach to key stakeholders with the government. The candidate will directly report daily to the CEO. The candidate must have extensive knowledge on government including key people, agencies, domestic policies and government programs. The candidate will work within the Outreach Team remotely. Our headquarters is based in Singapore, and we are currently expanding in Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Manila

Requirements

-1-2 years experience of engaging with the government or have worked in a similar setting

-Have good communication skills - confident and fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

-Have Bachelors Degree (preferably Communications, International Relations, Political Science) from a reputable university.

-Agile and adaptive, able to work with teams. Teamwork will be part of the company's formula of success

-Have the ability to travel domestic and international

-Sound analytical and fact-finding skills

-Good interpersonal skills, sense of diplomacy
