Job Description

About the role:

The primary function of the job is to manage the sales process from lead generation until closing and onboarding ESB products and services (POS, ERP, etc). Individuals in this role will need strong coordination skills, an understanding sales processes, prospecting leads, communicating ESB values, and building good relationships with clients to meet sales targets.



What you’ll do (Responsibilities):

  • Maintaining relationships with clients including mentoring merchant how to use ESB Products.
  • Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.
  • Generating prospect leads and follows up consistently.
  • Coordinate with the cross department about sales progress.
  • Prospect & maintain relationships with clients (corporate / company group restaurants, & SME, etc).
  • Make a report regularly about the sales process.
  • Demo, pitch, and closing on the spot to achieve sales target.
  • Responsible for understanding the customer's business needs and connecting them with the appropriate ESB solutions.


What capabilities you’ll need (Requirements):

  • A customer-oriented attitude.
  • Diploma Degree, but preferably Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • At least min. 1-5 years of work experience in FnB/Tech sales company or related fields.
  • High agility to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experienced in sales in any field, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Neat and having a good manner.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Working placement: Jakarta (Pluit) / Tangerang / Bogor / Depok / Bekasi / Bandung. Working location will be adjusted based on your domicile.
  • Willingness to learn new things, particularly in technology related to FnB Industry.
