• Develop and run a high-performing commercial team under the financing business units
• Plan and coordinate the efforts to onboard and acquire merchants in line with the successful lending business strategy.

Key Requirements

• Understand about productive financing, joint financing scheme
• Minimum 5 years of experience in driving a commercial (sales) and partnership team within a financial technology and/or multi-finance companies
• Posses a deep knowledge and understanding of the market needs and risk profile towards financial products
• Possess a solid network within hospitality industry as well as the financing sector
• Possess a solid analytical problem-solving approach yet agile and pragmatic in execution
