Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple training projects simultaneously.

Evaluate the impact and effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and participant feedback, providing valuable insights to management.

Assign and assess the capabilities of teams or organizations, helping to identify and address skill gaps.

Proficiency in Kubernetes clusters and infrastructure management is essential.

Strong knowledge of the Linux operating system, as well as experience with Bash, Python, or any scripting language.

Previous practical experience or project involvement, preferably with relevant technical certifications.

3 years Experience as bus, truck, forklift sales supervisor / coordinator / lead or in equivalent position

8-10 years experience as sales staff or in related position from automotive, manufacturing, fmcg, or logistic companies

Preferably having experience in bus & truck dealer

Strong analytical and problem solving skill

Minimum bachelor degree / S1 from any major

Proven track record and portfolio in sales scope from automotive industries

Ensure that all the required personnel have valid certifications.

Monitor and update Department Leadership on status of compliance and certification training.

Provide critical input to support the development of Section’s systems, policies, processes, and procedures in order to meet business requirements.

Advanced knowledge of plant operations

Must have 2-3 years experience in Maintenance Dept in Oil & Gas.

Resolves conflicts, align with management on critical cases and escalate as needed
