Product Trainer Jobs

Responbilities:

• Develop new approaches and techniques for making improvements in training programs
• Provide and conduct training (product knowledge and technical-soft skill) to existing and new sales personnel
• Generate results and measure the performance of trainees after the session
• Analyze day to day needs for training in the sales team

Qualifications:

• Placement Area : Medan
• Proficient in Ms. Office
• A Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical or Medical Science from top university (having Apothecary background is preferred)
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Fluent in English, both oral and written is preferred
• Minimum 1 years of working experience in product or sales management and/or having work experience as Product Trainer
