About the Company:
Our client is a well established global MNC medical device company who is looking to grow their business in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities

• Ensure effective brand marketing communications
• Strategize marketing strategy and execution of plans for the existing products.
• Ability to analyse the effectiveness of all marketing efforts including their contribution to the effectiveness of sales campaigns.
• Ability to do research and evaluate new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights.
• Serve as a partner to other divisions in determining the viability of potential markets before production of a product
• Ability to manage new product development, launch campaigns and managing distribution channels for products
• Provide marketing management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning.

Job Requirements

• Driven, Results Oriented & Resilient
• Ability to lead and manage a diverse marketing team
• Possess a solid understanding of healthcare industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or above in business management, marketing or related field
• Minimum 5-8 years of marketing experience in Healthcare industry
