Job Description

Objective:

  • Create and manage all administrative data and reports in the Key Account department in the implementation of Business to Business (B2B) sales strategies for all customer group Key Account (KA), and also responsible for monitoring and coordinating Purchasing Orders (PO) to maximize (or higher) sales target and product distribution that have been set by Management


:

  • Manage KA Account’s Modern Market Sales
  1. Prepare product sales report to customers to inform customers on achieving sales target set by Management
  • Purchasing Order (PO) Monitoring
  1. Internal coordination with relevant departments and communicate with customers via email or interactively
  2. Analyze and download PO from B2B applications
  3. Update data in GWMIS application
  4. Coordinate modern market (Key Account (KA)) requests for product delivery to its outlets
  5. Update data related to daily sales (Daily Sales Report/ DSR) in the sales application
  • Construct Monthly Reports (Data Pool)
  1. Review, analyze, and evaluate monthly reports (selling in, selling out, service level, productivity, and market share) in a reliably and timely manner
  2. Business Evaluation Management
  3. Evaluate existing plan and make continuous improvement to the business plan in order to run effectively and efficiently
  4. Modern Market Outlet Visit (Key Account (KA))
  5. Make a random inspection visit to Key Account (KA) customers' outlets, as well as handling problems in accordance with the applicable procedures in the event of deviation from the established business process flow


Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Having 3 years experience in the field of Sales with 2 years in the field of Key Account/ B2B marketing
  • Minimal Bachelor Degree in all major
  • The ability to build rapport with key clients.
  • The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
  • Expert in Data
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.
  • Proven experience in key account and administration management
