Job Description
  • Collaborate with the business development and product teams to provide market feedback, customer insights, and suggestions for product improvement
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts or referrals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within our key accounts
  • Understand the needs and goals of our key accounts and provide them with tailored solutions that add value to their business
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals with key accounts, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Monitor and report on account performance, revenue, and profitability


Minimum Qualifications


  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts
  • Strong knowledge of the logistics industry and its challenges and opportunities
  • At least 2 years of experience in Account Management and/or Client Management in the logistics industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
