Now, we are looking for a Sales Manager who has knowledge about IT Product and Sales Process, and has working experiences in IT Industry, with these qualification :
Things you should have :
- Domicile in Jakarta area
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
- Passion in sales with a good manner & integrity
- Experience as a Sales minimal 6 years in the same field with proven achievement
- Able to work as a team, independent and fast learner
- Have a customer account would be a plus (Telecommunication & Infrastructure , e-commerce & technology , healthcare, hospitality , education , Properties & Real Estate sector )
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
- Knowledge in IT product and industry and sales process
- Fluent in English oral & written
- Willing to work mobile
Your responsibility :
- Manage negotiation and persuade customer to meet profitable business agreement
- Coordinate with all related parties in order to define effective, competitive and profitable proposal
- Cooperate with customers according to the agreement and customer needs
- Grab sales opportunities by engaging with principals, distributors and internal networks in order to increase business volume
- Manage customer relationship and monitor project to ensure sustainability and loyalty
- Knowing the customer profile, for example the type of industry, products & systems used
- Knowing in detail all the solutions offered by the company so as to educate customers well
- Develop & maintain a good relationship with customers, principals & being able to formulate strategies for customer accounts
- Identify and enhance pipeline according to account strategy to meet sales target
- Ensure all invoicing according to timeline
- Finding challenges from customer problems so that they can offer the best product or solution
- Manage end to end sales lifecycle to meet sales revenue target defined by company
- Ensure cooperation with customers according to the agreement and customer needs
- Mapping the project
- Mapping customer accounts
