Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the heavy machinery or forklift industry.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team, driving them towards achieving common goals.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in other languages is a plus.

In-depth knowledge of forklifts and heavy machinery, including their features, applications, and market dynamics.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their business requirements, and provide tailored solutions.

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections, resolve conflicts, and navigate complex sales scenarios.

At least 2 years of sales management or consulting experience preferably in start up or related fields.

A university degree or higher qualification from a recognized university.

A strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and empower the sales team.

Developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new customers

Leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Managing all sales operations, including meeting sales target, estimating, and forecasting sales revenues.

Experience as a Sales minimal 6 years in the same field with proven achievement

Knowledge in IT product and industry and sales process

Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.

Finding challenges from customer problems so that they can offer the best product or solution

Knowing in detail all the solutions offered by the company so as to educate customers well

Manage end to end sales lifecycle to meet sales revenue target defined by company

Excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously

Assist the Project Manager in the continued development and delivery of Construction

Ensure all QC report and documentation area prepared as per project requirements.

Minimum 5 - 10 years experiences in road construction project preferable in mining company.

High extensive experiences in road construction especially haul road mining company.

Supervise all road construction activities.

Supervise project team to execute assigned project within deadlines.

Organize resources with quality workmanship that conforms to plans and specification.

Provides accurate, complete and effective turnover to Event Management.

Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Supports the company’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.

Works collaboratively with off-property sales channels to ensure sales efforts are coordinated, complementary and not duplicative.

Develops relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities.

Participates in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business.

Experience : 5-15 years of experience in road maintenance field (Managerial level)

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Good communication in English is a must both spoken and written.

Able to speak Japanese an advantage.

Having a bachelor's degree from mechanical engineering or management with five to ten years of related experience in parts management.

Work with the service manager and after-sales team to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed.

Willing to visit the remote area (customer site).

Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the parts department.

Establish pricing parameters in each customer category that generate enough gross profit to produce a satisfactory profit while maintaining customer loyalty.

Establish individual parts inventory levels and balances them for maximum turnover.
