Job Description

We are looking for a Solar Sales Manager.


Inecosolar is a subsidiary of Yinson Renewables, the renewables division of global energy infrastructure and technology company Yinson Holdings Berhad.


Responsibilities

  • Identifying new customers for commercial, industrial and residential projects
  • Train sales staff to achieve targets
  • Drafting, reviewing, and issuing contracts and invoices to the client
  • Maintain the business database up to date
  • Proactively cultivate relationships with stakeholders and associations related.
  • Respond to customers’ inquiries and meet customer needs
  • Supervising the entire sales process
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
  • Prepare weekly sales reports
  • Attend client’s meeting and high-level site survey with the technical tea
  • Prepare a proposal in liaison with the technical team


Position based in Bali or Jakarta with travel for client, stakeholder, networking meetings on as required basis.


Qualifications

  • Works well under pressure, takes initiative, and is self-driven with a positive attitude
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Passion and drive to make a difference and be part of the solution to solve climate change issue
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any field.
  • Willing to learn
  • Excellent communication skill is a must
  • Having an attitude of a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making and good analytic skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Experience in solar industries preferred
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar field
  • Willing to do a business trip when required
