Good communication, planning and time management skills

Having Experience in EPC as Electrical Engineer is a point plus.

Having experience in EPC PLTS

Conducting site surveys and assessments to gather data for preliminary design and bill of quantity development.

Developing detailed engineering designs (DED) for preliminary design and bill of quantity

Coordinating with the surveyor to ensure accurate survey results are reflected in the DED and other design documentation.

Exceptional project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management and data analysis.

Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project execution.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in renewable energy project development, with a focus on solar energy.

Strong knowledge of renewable energy policies, regulations, and permitting processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

At least 1 year of Lead Engineer or other Managerial Experience

Report directly to the Engineering Manager

Minimum 5 years of Engineering Design experience in Power Plants / LV Systems

Experienced in Generation of Bill of Materials

Knowledgeable in motor drives, energy storage, gensets, or UPS

Knowledgeable in microgrids and genset integration to PV

Identify customer needs / requirements and translate it into scope of service and methodology

Offer and present the technical and commercial proposal to the customer

Experienced in handling customer for commercial purposes

Report directly to the Director

Maintain and develop a relationship with existing and prospective customer and stakeholder

Develop sales/bidding strategy in terms of pricing, cooperation, outsourcing, etc

Be able to manage and report an installation of solar panel

Experienced in solar panel industry

Familiar with AutoCad, Microsoft Office, Halioscope

Be able and wilingly travel across Indonesia

Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar field

Excellent communication skill is a must

Experience in solar industries preferred

Having an attitude of a proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making and good analytic skills

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales/BD Manager, project managers, and installation technicians, to ensure seamless project execution

Manage the handover documents after installation

Manage and create As Build and post-installation drawings

Minimum 3 years of experience in Solar or General Engineering.

Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to manage the workload, make priority and delegate when necessary.
