Dips - Sales Manager

Dipstrategy is a digital agency in Jakarta with more than 10 years of experience in creating and managing high-performance digital assets. Specializing in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Website Development, Mobile Apps Development, Email Marketing, Media Placement, SEO, and Content Creation.

Currently, we are looking for a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team of digitally creative people who are passionate about creating high-performance digital assets.

s :

• Develop and manage a fun, creative, and high-spirited team of sales accounts.
• Befriend clients to understand their problems and provide possible solutions
• Together with the digital strategist present the presentations that win the pitch
• Inspire team growth by creating internal sharing mechanism on digital trend updates
• Spearheading the sales strategy and operation
• Develop sales plan and monitor the execution. Provide the analysis report to upper management for further recommendation
• Collaborate with creative and production team to create top-notch proposals, presentations, and pitches.

Requirement :

• Proven work experience as a sales account manager or senior sales account executive with at least 3 years of experience in the digital and tech industry
• Attractive, strong self-confidence, and highly motivated.
• A hands-on person that leads by example
• A people person who love to meet peoples and create engagement
• Excellent leadership, communication, lobbying, sales, and negotiation skill.
• Have a good network of clients and partners
