Job Description

Are you an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager seeking a new opportunity in the fast-paced world of SaaS? Look no further! As the Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and expanding their customer base.


Responsibilities:

  1. Drive New Business Acquisition: Identify and engage prospective clients through targeted outbound prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities to achieve sales targets.
  2. Consultative Selling: Understand client needs, pain points, and business challenges to effectively position and present our SaaS solution as a transformative and value-added proposition.
  3. Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers in target organizations, leveraging a consultative sales approach to cultivate long-term partnerships.
  4. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and contract closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey.
  5. Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  6. Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.


Requirements:

  1. Proven Track Record: Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience in the SaaS industry, with a strong track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
  2. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS solutions and understanding of the B2B sales process, preferably in areas such as CRM, marketing automation, or customer experience.
  3. Consultative Approach: Ability to uncover client needs, tailor solutions, and effectively communicate the value proposition to key stakeholders.
  4. Relationship Builder: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport, establish trust, and foster long-term client relationships.
  5. Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-motivated, proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic startup environment, takes ownership of initiatives, and is comfortable with ambiguity.
  6. Strong Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex deals, while maintaining a win-win approach and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  7. Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
