Job Summary: The Remote Junior IT Application Support Analyst will provide exceptional customer service and technical support for our company's applications from a remote location. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of software systems and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide basic training to customers on how to use the company's applications.
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to the company's applications from a remote location.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for the company's applications from a remote location.
• Document and track customer requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and courteous manner.
• Identify and troubleshoot problems with the company's applications.
• Collaborate with other members of the IT team to resolve complex issues.
• Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic understanding of software systems and applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working remotely and familiarity with remote communication tools such as video conferencing software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
