Job Description

PowerCred is a Southeast Asia focused fintech startup that is working to make small business data accessible and more functional for financial service providers. This is an opportunity to become a part of laying the groundwork for our product by becoming a part of our sales team. For this role, we are looking at someone who is excited to get into the deep end of building a B2B Tech SaaS startup from 0-1. If you’ve already done this before, we are really looking forward to hearing from you. Along with collaborating extensively with the tech and business team, the incumbent will be responsible for building deeper relationships and growing PowerCred’s business.

Role:


  • Managing and growing the regional sales pipeline
  • Achieve quarterly sales objectives and forecast sales activity accurately
  • Overall responsibility of the revenue targets for allocated accounts as well as revenue through outreach
  • Develop and establish key channel partners in target areas
  • Managing and growing key customer accounts

Ensuring Customer Success

- Smooth Functioning of Current Integrations and positive client relationships

- Issue resolution for all allocated accounts within established SLAs

- Help, Support and Training of client teams on PowerCred’s product and intelligence


Account Growth

- Communicating future roadmap and development to the customer

- Upselling more value adds and additional integrations to the customer

- Establish an ongoing relationship and ensure account growth along with commitment based billing

- Opening up new teams for usage of PowerCred product

- Collecting feedback from customer and researching additional features

- Customer Referrals and New Accounts


Inside Sales

- Creating a list of potential accounts to reach out to

- Researching and deep-diving into details of account

- Handling the actual outreach and ensuring the movement of deals through the sales funnel

- Competitor Analysis

- Market Research


Qualifications and Experience


To be a successful applicant, you are likely to have at least 5 years’ experience and meet the following criteria:


  • Demonstrate ability to maintain strong relationships with clients, understand client and investor nuances and drive long-term partnerships
  • Proven track record of relationships and network in SEA, specifically with financial institutions (Banks, P2P lenders, fintechs)
  • Hungry, self-motivated, resourceful, a quick learner, able to multitask and work independently
  • Superior negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills. Someone who is a great storyteller
  • Experienced with creating presentation decks and other relevant marketing collateral


This role will be based out of Jakarta and will be reporting to the Sales Lead.
