Key Account - Food Service

Responsibilities

• Developing a solid and trusting relationship between accounts and PT Health Today Indonesia.
• Studies and fulfills territory coverage plan which defines the type of support and frequency of customer contact required to meet territory goals.
• Expanding relationships and bringing in new potential clients/customers.
• Prepares reports detailing sales activities and identifying issues that need to be addressed.
• Ensures sales activities follow company regulations, policies and procedures.
• Reviews own sales performance against objectives and adjusts focus to achieve sales goals.
• Analyzing account’s data to improve the accounts capability
• Achieving the sales revenue target and other KPI target
• Resolving key client issues and complaints.
• Collaborating with the sales team and related department (Operational, Marketing, and Finance) to maximize sales revenue and profitability.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both speaking & writing is an advantage.
• Preferably Beverage category trained, as it will be easier to interact with target audience, stakeholders (e.g. R&D team), Beverage Menu developers across the range of key accounts.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience in sales or key account management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• Preferably male, aged maximum 35 years.
• Willing to be placed in or relocate to Jakarta area.
• Result-oriented, possesses high level of initiative and ethics in business process.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in related field.
• Culinary F&B experience is an advantage.
