Job Description
  • Handle customer/partner complaints with appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and in accordance with applicable guidelines and procedure
  • Ensure proper documentation of all activities
  • Identify and assess client needs through all feedback channels and provide accurate, valid, and solutive responses
  • Escalated the necessary issue to related divisions and cooperate to follow up and provide the supportive information or document needs
Minimum Qualifications
  • Max 35 years old
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time
  • Ability to follow communication process and procedure
  • Willing to work shifts (3 shifts)
  • Previous Working experience: 1 - 3 year, but fresh graduates are open to apply
  • Experience in customer service and CRM systems will be a good advantage
  • Ability to work in a team or individually
  • Strong communicative skills and active listening
