Senior Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities:

• Managing customers’ securities accounts.

• Handling opening of securities accounts.

• Building good relationship with the customers.

• Provide information on Company’s products to potential customers.

• Monitor the account opening process within the timeline to fulfil customer’s satisfaction.

• Able to understand, identify, and anticipate customer’s needs.

• Monitor and maintain client transaction instructions for input into the system - in case the

customer has incidental transaction issues with the online trading system.

• Verifying the completeness of the documents sent by the client.

• Monitoring customer requests regarding changes/additions of personal data and/or

portfolio.

• Monitoring the verification process related to the opening of securities account.

• Maintain daily, weekly, monthly sales report to management

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in any field.

• Minimum 3-years experiences in the same position, especially in capital market industry.

• Must have WPPE License.

• Having good knowledge and understanding of capital market products and services.

• Familiar with account opening processes in capital markets or other financial products.

• Well versed in communication and in handling queries, complaints, and critics from

customers.

• Have good personality, energetic, positive attitude, responsible, independent, and a fast

learner.

• Willing to work under pressure.

• Literate MS Office.
