Responsibilities

• Coordination between query handler team and the credit controllers & other dept
• Review all outstanding queries from the to do list and ensure all queries & disputes are closed within 48 hours
• All credit notes should be submitted to billing once approved by the management
• Receive all incoming query calls from the customer
• Run DQO report on the last working day of the month to ensure all notes are closed before the month end.

Qualifications

• Finance/Accounting knowledge would be an advantage
• Bachelor's degree
• Attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ms. Excel Proficient (Pivot, Hlookup, Vlookup, IFconditional, etc – Grade 8)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Problem Solving
• Excellent analytical ability and numeric Skills
