Country Key Account Sales Director (Smartphone)

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above

- 5+ years experiences as Key Account Manager, managing big accounts store for electronics (smartphone) products

• Experienced in managing smartphone sales

- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

- Fluent English is mandatory

Responsibilities:

- Develop strategies and annual sales targets, collaborate with local distributors for sales and promotions, and manage local promoter team.

- Create comprehensive mobile phone 2C channel plans for regional markets in line with the company's marketing strategies and overall plans, while establishing and enhancing channel sales.

- Submit sales plans consistent with the company's overall sales goals, monitor the execution of the sales process, and achieve sales objectives.

- Design sales and marketing policies to effectively promote products and generate sales revenue.

- Develop and execute a regional customer growth and retention plan, organizing its implementation, supervision, and evaluation to ensure the plan is carried out effectively.

- Analyze customer markets and support clients in market promotion and sales strategy adjustments.

- Maintain stable cooperation with customers and manage any irregular situations.
