Business Development (Edtech - Jakarta Based)

• Identifying and reaching out to potential customers through various channels
• Scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to the client, having researched their business and requirements
• Maintain a good relationship with educational institutions such as schools, universities, and related;
• Offer technology-based solution as an effective learning methods in all educational institution in Jakarta area
• Helping teachers and students to solve problems related to the Company products
• Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers within the target organization and understanding deeply the corporate’s needs and objectives.
• Provide consultation regarding the use of system educational knowledge (teaching methods, pedagogy) for improving the teaching and learning process;
• Assisting institutions in improving teaching/learning technology and application
• Building relationships and partnerships with corporates, startups, university and other strategic partners.
• Receive feedback from the tutor/lecturer and giving best insights to the relevant team to support the team growth;
• Plan, organize and execute projects, and coordinate cross-functional resources when needed to get projects done.
• Preparing presentations and sales displays; Pitching and presenting products
• Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.

Job Requirements:

• Someone who is target-driven, who will find a way to fulfil the target given
• Having the passion and ability to sell, convert leads into customers, and follow up until the customer makes a decision
• You have at least 2-year of experience ideally in Business Development, Consumer Insights / Market Research, Community Manager, or Public Relations within the Professional Services industry. [Edu tech company Prefer]
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• Home-based (Remote full-time) but Willing to be placed in the listed city [Jakarta]
• Have a personal laptop
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments
• Willing to make business trips for a certain period of time
• Possess effective writing and oral communication skills;
• The ability to meet targets under pressure and the dedication to achieve them
• Someone who has a really good persuasion and negotiation skills: has proven experience applying this skill in previous workplace, organization or project
• Have a private vehicle (plus value) to make traveling easier
