Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Modern Trade Sales Manager/Key Account Manager to organize, oversee, and expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas for our company.


Effective key account managers are skilled in managing diverse operations from a distance. They have a strategic mindset and are excellent leaders. Excellent abilities in financial and operations planning are also essential for the role.


The goal is to ensure our sales target will meet and exceed expectations of business development and efficiency.


:

  • Meeting & exceeding sales targets as assigned
  • Track & report activities of competitors
  • Build a strong pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.
  • Develop strong market intelligence and monitor competitor activities on trade channel-related matters and proactively provide feedback to management
  • Building strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Identifying and acquiring new distributors, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.
  • Prepare regular reports and participate in regular meetings to review performance.
  • Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services.


Requirements:

  • Result oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivated
  • Able to work under pressure and achieve Monthly Sales Target
  • Willing to travel throughout Indonesia if needed
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Having an existing relationship with a National Key Account (watson, guardian, etc.) and local store / modern outlet especially Yogya, Borma etc.
  • Able to join ASAP
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Modern Trade/ Key Account/ Branch Manager in FMCG business (preferable from Personal Care/ Skincare/ Beauty product)
  • Track & report activities of competitors and develop strong market intelligence and monitor competitor activities on trade channel-related matters and proactively provide feedback to management
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Able to Develop channel sales strategy
  • Can follow WFO policy
