Junior Business Development (Contract Based)

PT. Kokatto Teknologi Global is a subsidiary of Bukalapak. Kokatto is a Software company focusing on Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) with a mission to provide a cheaper and more effective way to deliver messages.

• Initiating new initiatives or new business plan ideas to drive revenue to Kokatto
• End to end responsibility for client's performance growth and assisting clients in solving problems they face in their customer journey
• Preparation of presentations and pitching to potential clients to make the deal.
• Project managing operational tasks related to request clients and internal needs or preparation (example, with product team)
• Mediating and attending meetings and reporting back details of discussions Involved in the whole sales cycle from pre-sales, sales to onboarding for new clients
• Researching potential clients and following up with them

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be comfortable with negotiations as well as maintain relationships with clients and internal team
• Always be looking for new ways to convert leads, meetings and clients
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or at least 1-2 years of experience in working as a Business Development & Partnerships. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Self-motivated and driven to excel.
• Be energetic, positive, outgoing, proactive, creative, and have attention to detail with great selling and networking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
